This was a tiled reroof we undertook in Manchester, removing the old rosemary tiled roof, installing breathable membrane roofing felt and tile battens. We then fitted new white soffit and fascia along with black guttering and downpipe to the property.New Ludlow Major tiles (old English in colour) were then laid in place onto the roof and new code 4 lead installed to the chimney stack. Finally, we installed the new dry ride system to both hips and the roof apex and mechanically fixed in place.
